We want you to be completely satisfied with your self-portrait purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and final sale products, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
